Established more then 10 years ago, with more then 15 instructors. Our members come from a diverse age and fitness background.
Men, women and children all train from our beginner's course, through to our intermediate courses and eventually into armour,
when they feel ready of course! We hope that you will find all the information you need to start your journey with this amazing martial art.
We have beginners classes for both for adults and children commencing every Sunday mornings in Marino Institute of Education at Griffith Avenue.
Our introductory course will provide you with all the equipments and instruction you will require to begin your journey into this
wonderful and challenging martial art. Join our beginner's course!
